Just completed A Magical Disappearance at Escape Place. Great time had by all, even though we only just got out.

This was our first experience of an Escape Room. With 2 adults, a 6yr old and a 10yr old, we had a few doubts upon booking as to whether this would be accessible and therefore enjoyable for the children……but we needn’t have worried…it was A MAZ ING !!!!
The ‘Games Master’ clearly explained what we needed to do before we went in….without giving anything away. The children LOVED the interaction within the room and enjoyed the thrill of the tasks. They were able to be involved with aspects of all clues / tasks and even led some!! We got ‘locked in’ during the last task, as our time ran out, but that didn’t spoil the enjoyment of the experience – everyone found this funny -and both children have asked to go back for their birthdays. I highly recommend this for groups of adults or families alike – we’ll certainly be returning.

Highly recommend this to anyone that loves puzzles or Harry Potter as it has a great magical theme. Staff are brilliant and really helpful as initially I’d booked the wrong time/date they let me change this so we could still attend. Will 100% go back when they bring out new theme.
